Description
Rinchen Tsotru Dashel, also known as Precious Moon Crystal, is a popular precious pill from the Tibetan pharmacopoeia, formulated with 50 ingredients, including gold, silver, copper, brass, and bronze, which are purified through complex herbal processes. The pill also includes Tibetan herbs such as Gynachum forresti, Saussurea lappa, Commiphora mukul, Strychnos nux-vomica, Myristica fragrans, and Eugenia caryophyllata.
Traditionally, Rinchen Tsotru Dashel is used as an antidote, supporting blood circulation, reducing water retention, and treating ailments like stomach ulcers, liver diseases, chest infections, and breathing problems. It also aids in recovery after chronic illness by boosting appetite, physical strength, and restoring hair, teeth, and nails. The formula is known to clear the senses, improve memory, and treat conditions caused by excessive alcohol and rich foods. Healthy individuals can also use it as a general tonic.
Used for over 1200 years, Tibetan precious pills are highly regarded for their deep-acting effects. The process of harvesting, purifying, and combining the ingredients, along with blessing and consecration practices, is preserved in active Buddhist monasteries across India, Nepal, Bhutan, and Tibet, where these pills are crafted according to traditional scriptural and oral teachings.
