Many have asked for more information about how to protect oneself during the viral storms and their variant strains. In my experience, white blood cells oversee the action of bacteria. Keep in mind that bacteria can be friendly or pathogenic so we actually depend on bacteria for many functions. White blood cells appear to instruct bacteria. Doctors who are shown this tend to be dazed. Once they recover their balance, the first words out are usually, “Why didn’t we learn this in medical school?” Yes, good question, but these white blood cells are very fragile so we need to protect them. They do not like any harsh odors or frequencies much less chemicals. So, when refilling your gas tank, pay attention to which way the wind is blowing and avoid inhaling the fumes. They are not just bad for your lungs, they are harmful to your protectors!

 
White blood cells do more than supervise: they also spray mists that destroy tissue, like the membranes of parasites. They only do this if it is safe; however the curious thing is that they will commit suicide over free radicals. They run from fungi and survive, but when there is evidence of free radicals, they sacrifice, and I have never seen a happy outcome here. This is why I think rasayana herbs are important.
 
Immunity is essentially a function of the white blood cells. They are fragile so before assuming that they are competent protectors, we need to think about what interferes with their ability to do their job. Well, they are exceptionally vulnerable to mold and certain vapors and pharmaceuticals. They also take on free radicals and toxic metals, but they die in the process. The more detoxification one does, the lower the threats to survival, so without going completely overboard, it is a really good idea to reduce the burden of bizarre chemicals and toxic metals.
 
In terms of general immune boosting, there are also many options. Some herbs as well as herb formulas are safe to use long-term simply to support the immune system.
